Designed a field data collection software suite. This involved understanding the needs of client companies and field survey executives, shaping project timelines, and defining core design principles. I provided feature recommendations based on a cost-importance matrix, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and ensured effective client communication, resulting in the successful project delivery.

CIB is the largest bank in Egypt, we worked in Egypt with McKinsey to define and design a all-in-one banking application for web and mobile. Apart for UX design, I helped in operational and planning side of things such as sprint planning and iterative improvements to the workflow for design delivery.
Boston Consulting Group
I helped craft a platform for Aashirvad Pipes, serving plumbers and contractors. It included features like material sourcing, Q&A forums, shareable plumber profiles, efficient tools for quotes and invoices, and some of the managerial tools. Accommodating both literate and illiterate workers, while simultaneously offering advanced functionalities suitable for construction company managers.
SBI Life Insurance
I played a key role in designing and implementing user-centered design solutions for a variety of features for the enterprise app for SBI Life. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs, and used user research and testing methodologies to inform design decisions. I came up with new and innovative ideas as well as refined the existing ones.
